Jewelry Returns

Since our jewelry is handcrafted with care, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, and in its original packaging.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected.

Art Print Returns

We take great care in printing and packaging our artwork. However, if there’s an issue, we accept returns within 14 days under these conditions:

• The print must be in its original condition, free from damage or alterations.
  
• If your print arrives damaged, please contact us with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue is our fault.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at shopavibe.co@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

• Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and non-refundable.
