Processing Time

All orders are carefully packaged. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer standard shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

7–21 business days (depending on customs for international orders)

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your item, please contact your local postal service first.
